Sarah M. Donelan

Sarah M. Donelan has spent more than a decade advocating for victims of sexual abuse and domestic violence. Before founding Donelan Law, she served as a Senior Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Greene County, prosecuting child abuse, sexual assault, rape, elder abuse, and domestic violence cases, and previously led the Domestic Violence Unit at Legal Services of Southern Missouri.
She holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University. Sarah is trained in trauma-informed forensic interviewing and is frequently invited to present on domestic violence, protection orders, and related legal topics. Her recent recognitions include Top Plaintiff Verdicts of 2024, the Women’s Justice Award – Litigation Practitioner, and The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Civil Plaintiffs.
