Sarah M. Donelan

Attorney

Sarah M. Donelan has spent more than a decade advocating for victims of sexual abuse and domestic violence. Before founding Donelan Law, she served as a Senior Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Greene County, prosecuting child abuse, sexual assault, rape, elder abuse, and domestic violence cases, and previously led the Domestic Violence Unit at Legal Services of Southern Missouri.

She holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University. Sarah is trained in trauma-informed forensic interviewing and is frequently invited to present on domestic violence, protection orders, and related legal topics. Her recent recognitions include Top Plaintiff Verdicts of 2024, the Women’s Justice Award – Litigation Practitioner, and The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Civil Plaintiffs. 

Erica Fulbright

Office Manager & Paralegal

Erica Fulbright brings more than a decade of experience supporting survivors of domestic violence. She began as a shelter advocate at Harmony House, later working with the Springfield Regional Prosecutor’s Child Support Office, serving as a legal technician in paternity and UIFSA matters, contributing to planning for the Greene County Family Justice Center, and supporting school leadership within Ozark Public Schools.

Erica holds a Master’s in Legal Studies from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Drury University. She has extensive training in trauma-informed care, domestic and sexual violence response, and client-centered legal support, bringing careful attention and compassion to every case.

Pamela James

Legal Assistant

Pamela James is the Legal Assistant and Intake Specialist at Donelan Law, LLC. With a background in criminal law and trauma-informed advocacy, she brings compassion and understanding to every client interaction. Pamela creates a safe and supportive space for survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and serious physical injury. She has studied at Milwaukee Area Technical College, Ozarks Technical Community College, and National Paralegal College. Pamela has attended professional conferences focused on supporting survivors through the Greene County Family Justice Center and holds certification in the Columbia–Suicide Severity Rating Scale.
